I find the dynamic disqualification rule not valid for 3.0 players or any player who does not participate on a winning team. Increased rating is valid for a very high percentage of wins at the #1 position or if that person is playing on a team that has won almost all of their matches within the framework of a league match. At a certain age, one tends to regress rather than progress, so I think this should be taken into consideration. LET THE HUMAN FACTOR BE THE ONLY FACTOR WHEN DETERMINING WHEN A PLAYER IS ELEVATED TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

Dynamic disqualification is too severe a penalty when that particular player has been playing in good faith. Also very unfair to penalize the whole team -- when "good faith" is evident.

I don't like spending money on hotels, meals and gas- and time away from work with the chance of a Dynamic DQ. A lot of players play "outside" of USTA leagues (a big disadvantage to those of us who put money into the organization and can be DQd easier).
